How our services work
- Before we start any paid visa work, you receive a written service agreement and an estimate of fees and other costs.
- For Australian matters, you also receive the OMARA Consumer Guide.
- Coaching fees, batch timings and course details are confirmed with you before you join.
- Third-party costs, such as government visa fees, test fees, medical checks and translations, are paid by you and are separate from our fees.
No guarantees
Visa decisions are made by the relevant government, and admission decisions by each institution. English test scores depend on each student’s preparation and performance. We do not guarantee any visa outcome, admission or test score, and no one at Expert Immigration is permitted to promise one.
Your responsibilities

- Tell us promptly about any change in your circumstances.
- Meet the deadlines we agree for providing documents and payments.
